What is your process as a custom product manufacturer?
We make absolutely everything custom. Some people think that we just stock materials and print their logo on the product. That is not the case. We order special materials or use materials provided by the client so that you can get a completely custom product to your liking.
Do you have a minimum quantity I have to order?
While we do not require any minimum quantity, we strongly encourage customers to consider ordering in higher quantities. That way they lower their costs per product and we can utilize our equipment more.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
Turnaround is variable depending on the product and quantities ordered. Once everything is received, it usually takes 4-6 weeks to be manufactured and shipped out.
What do you need before you can make the product?
During the quoting process, we figure out the product design and measurements and can create a prototype. Once that is done we order a metal die and get everything prepared. We can not start working on your project until all the artwork is approved and materials are received.
Do I need to have a budget before I ask for a quote?
No, you don’t need to but it would be very helpful. Estimating the costs of materials, construction and finishes can be difficult. If we know what budget you devised then we can change certain variables to try and fit within it.
Do you have pre-made binders and boxes that I can purchase?
Everything we do is custom made to your exact specifications. Unfortunately, this means that we do not carry pre-made binders or boxes that you can purchase right away–orders typically take 4-6 weeks to fulfill because be make everything from scratch.
