After 14 years of service at Trendex, our very own Roxanne Banaszewski has retired. She has put a lot of hours in the company as both controller and member of our management team. While we will miss her, we are excited for this new chapter of her life. Her next line of work is to plan all of those vacations including one to Phoenix, Arizona. Then she hopes to decide on a warmer place to move to. Better choose quickly with the Minnesota winter fast approaching. Roxanne’s word of advice is to “Take pride in your work, do the best you can and care about yourself.”
Stepping into the shoes that Roxanne has left is Rob Winberg. He has been training under her for the last few months and worked in estimating in order to better understand our business. As our new controller, he will manage budgets, finance and human resources. Jeff Polacek, President of Trendex, is excited with Rob at the helm because he’s had so much experience in different areas. Previously, he has worked in manufacturing, sales and accounting. Jeff said, “His diverse background will help Trendex going forward.” We will always remember the good times with Roxanne but are also excited to see what the future holds with Rob.
